Structall is a reliable location for those seeking building materials, particularly for patio building supplies and SIPs. Their staff is courteous and friendly, which is a refreshing change in an industry that often neglects customer service. Unfortunately, their long working hours for Mondays to Fridays do not allow for a smooth unloading process. The experience of one client who took six hours to be charged highlights the possible inefficiencies in their system. Despite the long wait, the client appreciated the courtesy shown by the staff. The company has a wide range of products, including aluminum extrusion and windows, which demonstrates a certain level of innovation in their offerings. However, the lack of Saturday and Sunday working hours may be a drawback for those who prefer to shop on weekends. Overall, Structall seems like a decent choice for building material needs, but with some room for improvement in their operational efficiency.
