The building's location is behind CVS at the intersection of 200 and 60th Ave, making it difficult to access. Despite having a wheelchair-accessible entrance, the parking lot is not wide enough to accommodate a U-turn. The office's handicapped space or ramp is also lacking, making it hard for people with mobility issues to navigate. The physical space of the office seems limited, with some equipment not suitable for use. While the staff is excellent, with Dr. Nick, Emmy, and other therapists receiving high praise, the office itself could benefit from some improvements.
