I had a great experience with this furniture restoration shop. The owner, Kristan, was friendly and knowledgeable, and the work they did on my antique chair was exceptional. The quality of the finish was top-notch, and it looks like new again. I was a bit concerned about the pricing, but it was actually very reasonable considering the quality of work and the time it took to complete the job.I did notice that the shop has limited hours, and they are closed on Thursdays and Saturdays. It would be nice if they had more flexible hours, but I understand that they are a small business and may not have the resources to accommodate that.The only issue I had was with the communication about the status of my project. I had to follow up multiple times to get an update on when it would be completed, which was a bit frustrating. However, the end result was worth it, and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for high-quality furniture restoration.Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received, and I would definitely use this shop again in the future.
