They also accept various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. While some visitors had a negative experience, citing it as "awful", this seems to be an isolated incident. Overall, the business has a good reputation, with a 4.5 rating from third-party sources. However, it's worth noting that the Straz Center Ticket Counter is a separate entity from the business location, and not all visitors have the same experience. But for those who have visited the business location, the reviews are generally positive, with many praising its wonderful location on River Walk, ample parking options, and nearby restaurants. One issue that stood out was a comment about the business location being somewhat inconvenient for some visitors.
