The staff is very welcoming and kind. It seems like they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to help. I had a few minor issues, but they were quickly resolved. The customer service is top-notch. Phyllis was very responsive and helpful. She saved me money by finding a better policy and was very patient with my questions. Amy was also great to work with, very thorough and knowledgeable about the insurance options. The office is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus. Overall, I'm very happy with Strategic Insurance Services and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.The main issue was that one client experienced a high quote, which was understandable given the renewal time. However, they still enacted the policy without their signature, which caused a negative impact on their escrow account and mortgage payment. This was resolved, but it left a sour taste.
