This storage facility is a great place to store your belongings, especially if you need to access them frequently. The location is convenient, with on-site parking and a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The units are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Charlotte in the office is a standout, going above and beyond to accommodate customers' needs.
However, the facility could benefit from a bit more variety in its storage options, such as climate-controlled units or specialty units for RVs and boats. The security measures are good, but some customers have reported occasional issues with the gates.
Prices are competitive, and the staff is willing to work with customers to find the best solution for their needs. The facility is well-lit and has surveillance cameras for added security.
One issue that arose was a lack of availability on short notice, as seen with the customer who was looking for a unit after a hurricane. However, the staff did their best to accommodate the customer's needs, and the issue was resolved.
Overall, this storage facility is a great choice for those in the area, offering convenient access, clean units, and friendly staff.
