Based on the numerous reviews and feedback from customers, it's clear that Storage King USA in Englewood City is a well-regarded storage facility. The facility offers a range of storage options, including climate-controlled units, RV and boat storage, and moving supplies. The staff, particularly Barb and Matthew, have been praised for their exceptional customer service, professionalism, and helpfulness. Customers have appreciated the clean and well-maintained facility, easy online reservations, and accommodating staff. Many have expressed gratitude for the staff's patience, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond to meet their needs. One customer did experience a slight issue with pricing, but it was promptly addressed by the corporate office. Overall, Storage King USA seems to be a reliable and trustworthy storage facility, making it a great option for those in need of secure storage space. However, there is a discrepancy in the innovativeness of the facility, which may indicate that it could benefit from some updates or improvements.
