This Tampa location of Stoney Clover Lane is an excellent spot to find unique and personalized accessories. The wide variety of items, including pouches, backpacks, and duffels, can be customized with patches, making each purchase truly special. The staff is often friendly and helpful, willing to assist customers in choosing the perfect accessories. However, there have been instances of rudeness and unhelpfulness from some employees, which may deter some customers from returning. The store's location in Hyde Park Village is convenient and charming, adding to the overall experience. Unfortunately, some customers have reported feeling unwelcome or ignored by staff, which may be due to a lack of proper training or management. Despite these issues, many customers have had positive experiences and appreciate the store's unique offerings. It is worth noting that some customers have felt taken advantage of by the store's pricing, which can be steep for some items. However, the high quality of the products and the customization options may justify the cost for many customers. Overall, this store is a great place to visit for those looking for unique and personalized accessories, but it is essential to be aware of the potential for rude service and steep pricing. The only issue worth highlighting is the inconsistent level of customer service, which seems to be a recurring problem based on the feedback from multiple customers.
