This location has its pros and cons. The apartments are spacious with great views, and the location is convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. However, there are some issues with management, including poorly maintained amenities and a lack of concern for residents' needs. The staff changes frequently, and communication is often difficult. Despite some of the drawbacks, the apartments are beautiful, and the area has a lot of potential. The new management seems to be working to improve the property, but it's not there yet.
