The business is a used car dealer and towing service, located in Lutz City. The working hours are from 10:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday. The address is 17630-a N. US 41 Street. The phone number is +18135911424. Unfortunately, the business has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot. Some customers have reported a lack of professionalism from the management, which has resulted in long wait times and poor service. One customer experienced a towing delay of over 5.5 hours, and another customer's car was stolen while it was in the business's care. However, other customers have reported positive experiences with the drivers, who were helpful and courteous.Unfortunately, the business has had issues with customer service, including not responding to customer calls and not following through on promises. One customer was left stranded in the middle of the night with no response from the business. However, some customers have reported receiving good service from the drivers, who were attentive and careful with their vehicles. The business is affiliated with STG Auto Dealer, which may be a factor in the quality of service provided. Some customers have reported feeling that the business is more interested in making a quick buck than in providing good service. There is a need for improved customer service and communication at the business. This could include implementing a more efficient dispatch system and ensuring that customers are kept informed about the status of their vehicles.
