The business at Building 9833, Fruitville Rd Road, Sarasota City, is a decent construction materials and firewood supplier, but has some inconsistencies in quality and pricing. The store's innovative approach to serving customers is a positive aspect, but it needs improvement in the other areas. Despite some issues with quality and pricing, the store has a relatively stable overall score. One notable issue is that customers have reported being overcharged or sold subpar firewood. It's essential for the business to address these concerns to maintain a good reputation. The store's wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance are a plus, making it easy for customers to access the store. The working hours are consistent, which is convenient for customers. However, the business could benefit from providing more transparent pricing and quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction. The overall experience may vary depending on the specific interaction with the staff, but the store has the potential to improve and become a more reliable option for customers.
