This location is a professional and reliable real estate agency, offering exceptional services to its clients. The agency's primary goal is to make the home buying or selling process as seamless as possible. The owner, Steven Burk, is highly knowledgeable about the market and has a deep understanding of the needs of his clients. The agency's accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, make it a welcoming space for everyone. The owner's responsiveness to client messages, both during and after the real estate transaction, is impressive. Clients appreciate his prompt and thorough communication, which sets him apart from other agents. The owner's ability to negotiate on behalf of his clients and secure a better deal is a significant advantage. He is not afraid to go the extra mile to ensure that his clients are satisfied with the outcome. His marketing skills and creative approach to finding the right property for his clients are also noteworthy. While the agency's pricing is generally competitive, there have been instances where clients have reported higher costs than expected. However, these issues are rare and do not seem to be a widespread problem. One potential area for improvement is the agency's ability to respond promptly to client inquiries, especially those that require immediate attention. In one instance, a client reported not receiving a response to a text message.Overall, this location is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agency in the Tampa area. With Steven Burk at the helm, clients can expect a high level of service and a successful outcome.
