This business is known for excellent quality and reliability. The owner, Steve, is very professional and knowledgeable, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He takes pride in his work and ensures that every job is done to the highest standards. The business has a strong reputation in the community, with many customers praising Steve's exceptional service and workmanship. While the business has a good reputation, some customers have reported issues with communication and follow-up. One customer mentioned that they had to send multiple messages and make multiple calls to get a response, which was frustrating. However, this was an isolated incident and did not seem to be a widespread problem. The pricing at this business is competitive, with many customers reporting that they were able to save money compared to other auto glass services. Steve is also willing to work with customers to find a solution that fits their budget and needs. One area where the business could improve is in terms of innovativeness. While Steve has a strong reputation for traditional auto glass services, it's not clear if he is staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the industry.Overall, this business is a good choice for customers who are looking for high-quality, reliable auto glass services at a competitive price. However, customers should be aware of the potential for communication issues and should not expect cutting-edge innovation.
