This location is very welcoming and kind, but I experienced some issues with record keeping. The office staff was always friendly and helpful, and I never had to wait for long. Dr. Shields was always thorough and made sure I understood my medical situation. However, during one visit, the staff claimed they didn't have my prescription and didn't have any record of the blood draw I had with them 17 days prior. This was a concerning experience and makes me wonder about the accuracy of their records. I would still recommend this location to others, but I would advise them to double-check their records and confirm any test results before leaving the office.
