This organization appears to provide a supportive environment for individuals with disabilities. The staff is described as patient, kind, and dedicated, which contributes to the high quality of services offered. The business is known for its exceptional pricing, making it an attractive option for families seeking affordable support services. However, there are some concerns regarding the quality of staff training and the potential for unprofessional behavior. Some reviewers have expressed disappointment with the way issues were handled by the owner, Shannon Gunter. Despite this, the organization's overall rating remains high, suggesting that it has made significant efforts to address these concerns. One major issue that has been highlighted is the restraint of children with autism, which is a serious concern. It is essential for organizations providing support services to individuals with autism to be aware of and adhere to best practices, such as those recommended by The Alliance against Seclusion and Restraint.Overall, Step-By-Step Success LLC seems to be a reputable organization that prioritizes the well-being and development of its clients. While there is room for improvement, the business's commitment to providing high-quality services is evident in the positive feedback from numerous reviewers.
