The gift shop at Tampa International Airport is a great place to stop by, especially if you're looking for souvenirs or gifts for loved ones. The staff is friendly and helpful, with some employees going above and beyond to provide excellent service, like TYLER, who assisted a customer in finding healthy snacks, and Danielle, who was kind and knowledgeable in helping a couple locate items. However, not all employees are as courteous, and some customers have had negative experiences with rude staff, such as the associate who sold a customer a charger that was not compatible with their phone. The shop is clean and efficient, with an open layout that's easy to navigate. Unfortunately, some customers have found the prices to be too high, but others appreciate the convenience of being able to find a wide range of products in one place. One notable issue is the inconsistent customer service, with some employees being extremely helpful and others being uncooperative and even rude.
