This location is a cozy spot for a quick coffee or meal, especially after a show at the Straz Center. The staff is often friendly and welcoming, with some reviewers noting that they go above and beyond to provide great service. The coffee is a highlight, with many reviewers raving about the flavor and quality. However, the food options are somewhat limited, and some reviewers have noted that the baked goods can be average or even stale at times. One major issue that has been reported is the automatic addition of hefty tips to the bill without asking the customer, which can be seen as poor service. Overall, this location is a solid choice for a casual coffee or meal, but it's essential to be mindful of the potential issues with service and food quality.
