This location is a decent place to grab a quick bite, but there are some issues that need to be addressed. The quality of the food is hit-or-miss, with some reviewers mentioning that their orders were incorrect or that the food was cold. The pricing is reasonable, with most meals falling in the $10-20 range. However, the service can be slow and unfriendly, with some reviewers mentioning that they were ignored or treated poorly by the staff. The atmosphere is casual and diner-like, with a retro flair that is reminiscent of the old Steak 'n Shake locations. However, some reviewers have mentioned that the place can be dirty and neglected, with wet floors and unwashed dishes. The parking lot is free and spacious, but some reviewers have mentioned that it can be difficult to park during peak hours. One major issue that has been consistently mentioned by reviewers is the slow and unfriendly service. Many reviewers have mentioned that they had to wait long periods of time for their orders, and that the staff seemed uninterested in helping them. Some reviewers have even mentioned that they were asked to pull up to the front of the restaurant to wait for their food, which can be frustrating and inconvenient.Overall, this location has the potential to be a great place to grab a quick bite, but it needs to improve its service and quality of food in order to live up to its full potential.
