This business location has a good overall reputation, with customers praising the long working hours and wheelchair accessibility of the facility. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the cleanliness of the storage spaces, with one customer reporting a dirty space and another describing the facility as "a disorganized mess".The customer service has also received mixed reviews, with some customers praising the helpful and professional staff, while others have reported difficulty in getting help via phone or email. One customer was even charged for storage after cancelling their account, highlighting the need for better customer service. The pricing seems to be a strong point, with many customers praising the fair and competitive prices. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the application fee and the terms and conditions of the storage contract. The facility seems to be well-maintained and clean in some areas, with customers praising the community restrooms and the refurbished buildings under new ownership. However, the facility's issues with cleanliness and customer service may indicate a need for better management and attention to detail. It's worth noting that some customers have praised the new ownership and the efforts they have made to improve the facility, including refurbishing the buildings and being attentive to the needs of tenants. Overall, this business location seems to have some strengths, but also some areas for improvement.
