The location is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance designed for people with mobility issues. The working hours are quite flexible, with a 24-hour operation every day of the week. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted for payment. Some clients have reported excellent experiences, such as receiving kind and understanding care from attendants in a stressful situation. Others have been left shaken by unprofessional behavior from drivers, including the careless handling of patient belongings and incompetence with medical equipment. These experiences make it difficult to assess the quality and innovativeness of the service, but it seems that some clients have benefited from the service, while others have been deeply troubled by the care they received. A significant issue is the management's apparent lack of interest in taking care of employees and providing proper service, as highlighted by a client who shared a nightmare experience of cockroaches in the ambulance and mechanical problems with the vehicle.
