The collaboration with Starkey equipment repair inc is a positive aspect of this business.Quality of services provided by the repair shop is generally good, with some minor issues occasionally occurring. The price for the repair services is fair, being on the lower side of the industry standards. Staff professionalism and approach to customer issues is evident from client feedback, where they praise staff for going the extra mile to provide the best service possible. From clients' feedback, it can be concluded that staff is professional, and provides quality services. Unfortunately, one client reported an instance of poor communication with staff, which could be improved.
