This travel agency has been around since 1963 and it's clear they have a lot of experience. They work to find the best deals for each person's perfect trip, which is great. They offer personalized cruises, tours, and group travel, which is a nice touch. The staff is very helpful and friendly, as evident from the client feedbacks. One client, Glenn, had an amazing experience and was very satisfied with the service. The owner of the agency is also a very pleasant person to do business with. The agency has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, which is a nice feature for people with mobility issues. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, which is convenient. However, it's a bit disappointing that they're not open on weekends. Overall, it's a great travel agency that offers a lot of benefits, but it could be better if they were open on Saturdays.
