Star Quality Inc. is a furniture store and cabinet maker located in Tampa City, offering a wide range of commercial casework services for schools and hospitals. The store is known for its quality products and attentive customer service, but some customers have experienced issues with responsiveness and punctuality. While most customers have been satisfied with the quality of the products and the professionalism of the staff, one customer had a negative experience with the company's responsiveness and punctuality. Another customer was unable to get in touch with the owner and had issues with the installation of the cabinets. On the positive side, the store is fully automated with advanced machinery and has a team of experienced professionals who take pride in their work. The company is a member of the Architectural Woodwork Institute (A.W.I) and has a long history of completing projects on time. The store's working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, but it is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. One major issue that has been reported is the lack of responsiveness from the owner, which can lead to delays and frustration for customers. Overall, Star Quality Inc. is a solid choice for customers looking for high-quality commercial casework, but it's essential to be aware of the potential for delays and lack of responsiveness.
