This motel has a reputation for being a budget-friendly option, but its quality is a major concern. Guests have reported finding bed bugs, dirty floors, and roaches in the rooms. The shower and bathroom facilities are also in poor condition. While some guests have reported friendly and accommodating staff, others have experienced rudeness and unhelpfulness. The motel's location is also a drawback, with some guests feeling unsafe due to the presence of drug dealers and prostitutes. The pricing of the motel is a mixed bag, with some guests feeling that it's too expensive for the quality received, while others appreciate the value for money. However, the overall experience is often marred by the presence of unwanted guests and the general state of disrepair. In terms of innovativeness, there is little to no evidence of this motel attempting to innovate or improve its services and facilities. The management seems to be more focused on providing basic accommodations at a low cost, rather than providing a comfortable and welcoming experience for guests.Overall, this motel is best avoided due to its poor quality and lack of attention to detail. While it may be a cheap option for some, the potential risks and discomforts associated with staying here far outweigh any potential savings.
