The business location is generally pleasing to the eye, with a comfortable atmosphere. However, some clients have expressed concerns about the constant horrible smell, which may be a result of the nearby St Petersburg Wastewater Treatment facility. Despite this, the office is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for people with mobility issues. The workers seem to be friendly, but they have a quirky habit of speaking only in quotes from the Bee Movie. The office serves coffee, which is a nice touch. Unfortunately, some clients have reported unpleasant odors while driving by, which might be a nuisance for those who live or work in the surrounding area.
