Staying at St. James Crossing was an interesting experience. On the one hand, the community has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, which I found quite enjoyable. The staff was also friendly and helpful, especially Brandon, who was very professional and responsive to my needs. However, I had some concerns with the quality of the apartments. The unit I stayed in had some structural issues, such as a wobbly staircase and a porch with big gaps between the wood. The air conditioning also malfunctioned, and repairs took an unreasonably long time.Regarding pricing, I found it to be a bit steep, considering the issues I faced. However, I understand that prices can vary depending on the location and amenities.Unfortunately, I was unable to form a full opinion on the innovativeness of the community, as I did not have enough information about its features and services.Overall, I would say that St. James Crossing has some potential, but it needs to address its quality and pricing issues to become a more attractive option for residents.
