Staying at St. Charles Row has been a mixed experience. The pricing is definitely a plus, with affordable rent options for those looking for a place to live. However, the quality of the apartments and amenities has left much to be desired. Many residents have complained about mold infestations, water leaks, and poor maintenance. While the staff is generally friendly and welcoming, the overall quality of the community is subpar. One highlight is the innovativeness of the community, with a focus on sustainability and community engagement. However, this is not enough to make up for the numerous issues that residents have faced. With some improvements to maintenance and quality, St. Charles Row could be a great option for those looking for a affordable place to live. However, until then, it's hard to recommend it. As for issues, it's worth noting that the community has had several reports of crime, including shootings and break-ins. This has made many residents feel unsafe and has led to a decline in the overall quality of life at the complex.
