The location of the business, 6623 Superior Ave Avenue, Sarasota City, offers a decent overall experience. It has a good quality of products, including a wide range of sports and Pokémon cards. The pricing of the items is fair, making it an attractive option for customers. However, the business does not stand out in terms of innovativeness. A small shop located in a specific building on Superior Ave, this business has an inconvenient location which may not be easily accessible to all customers. On the other hand, it offers some convenient services, such as NFC mobile payments, debit cards, credit cards, onsite services, in-store shopping, in-store pickup, and delivery. The business is also wheelchair accessible, which is a significant advantage. The working hours of the business, from Monday to Wednesday from 12:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 12:00 to 18:00, may not be convenient for all customers. The shop is closed on Sunday, which might affect its overall accessibility. Some customers have reported having a bad experience with the owner being rude, but the vast majority of reviews are extremely positive, praising the owner's helpfulness, fairness, and knowledge. The business has a strong reputation among customers who collect sports and Pokémon cards. The shop has a 4.5-star rating on third-party review platforms, indicating that customers are generally satisfied with their experience at the business. The business has a strong online presence and engages with its customers through responses to reviews. However, there have been some reported issues with the business's customer service and the quality of its products.Overall, the location has its strengths and weaknesses, but it appears to be a well-regarded business in the community, with a loyal customer base and a strong reputation. However, it is worth noting that there have been some reported issues with the business's customer service and the quality of its products.
