This business is a reliable and convenient option for laundry services. The laundromat is clean and well-maintained, with a wide range of modern washing machines and dryers. The staff, including Mercedes, are friendly and helpful, making sure that customers feel welcome and supported. However, some issues have been reported, such as broken dryers and decreasing time limits on dryers, which may be a concern for some customers. The laundromat is wheelchair accessible and offers a loyalty program, which can help customers save money on their laundry bills. However, the recent switch to a card payment system has been a point of contention for some customers, who feel that it is too expensive and that the lost card policy is unfair. Despite these issues, the laundromat is still a popular choice among locals and visitors, who appreciate its convenience, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, it would be beneficial for the business to address the issues mentioned by some customers and work to improve their services. Some areas for improvement include: * Ensuring that all machines are in good working order, particularly dryers * Being more transparent about the card payment system and lost card policy * Offering more amenities, such as a phone charger or a reading area * Considering the concerns of customers who feel that the business is too expensive or unfriendly Overall, this business has the potential to be a top-rated laundromat in the area, but it needs to work on addressing some of the issues mentioned by customers and improving its services.
