I recently had the opportunity to explore Meritage Homes' Spring Hill development, and my overall experience was decent. The quality of the homes I saw was average, with some nice features but also some noticeable drawbacks. The pricing, however, was quite competitive, which is likely to be a major draw for many potential buyers. Unfortunately, the company's innovativeness was not evident during my visit. One major issue that stood out was the lack of follow-through on the part of the construction team. The communication was poor, and it took an excessive amount of time to resolve even the smallest issues. This led to frustration and disappointment with the overall process.
