This business has its highs and lows. The location is easily accessible, situated on Country Square Dr Drive in Lakeland City. The categories of Automotive & Boat Service and Transportation indicate a focus on vehicle-related services, which is further supported by the co-branding with Spoons Transport Llc. However, the general impression is that the business is somewhat inconsistent.
Some customers have reported positive experiences with the drivers, praising their professionalism and respect. On the other hand, there have been several complaints about reckless driving and poor vehicle maintenance. The fact that one customer even mentioned a broken windshield on a car being transported is concerning. It's also surprising to hear that the business remains open despite causing traffic on the road.
While some clients appreciate the services offered, it's clear that there are issues with the quality of service. However, the business seems to be priced reasonably, which may be a factor for some customers. Overall, this business has potential, but it needs to work on improving its quality of service to gain more customers' trust.
