The location of Splash Splash Pool Service seems to be a decent option for pool cleaning and maintenance services. However, there are some issues with responsiveness and professionalism. The staff can be quite busy, and it's not uncommon for them to miss calls or show up late to appointments. On the other hand, some clients have reported positive experiences with the company, mentioning that their pools were well-maintained and their prices were fair. There have been some issues with quality, as some clients have reported dirty and green pools despite paying for weekly cleanings. It seems that the company's workers might not always follow through on their commitments, leading to disappointed clients. Some clients have also reported having to call multiple times to get their issues resolved, which can be frustrating. This lack of responsiveness can be a major issue for clients who are looking for a reliable and efficient service.Overall, the company has a mixed reputation, with some clients singing their praises and others expressing dissatisfaction with their services. While the company has its strengths, such as fair pricing, it needs to work on improving its responsiveness and professionalism to build trust with its clients.
