This laundromat has a decent overall rating, but some aspects need improvement. The quality of the experience is average, with several reviewers mentioning outdated machines and cleanliness issues. On the other hand, the laundromat is open 24/7, making it a convenient option for those who need to do laundry at any time. Some reviewers have also praised the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly staff.
One major issue that stands out is the responsiveness of the staff. Several reviewers have mentioned that they were unable to get in touch with someone when they had issues with their machines or wanted to report a problem. This has led to some customers feeling frustrated and disappointed with their experience.
Some positive aspects of the laundromat include its location, which is convenient for those living or working in the area. The laundromat is also close to other shops and services, making it a one-stop destination for errands. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the machines are areas that need improvement.
Overall, this laundromat is an average option for those looking for a place to do their laundry. While it has its conveniences, it also has some major drawbacks that need to be addressed in order to improve the overall experience.
