I visited this location to get help with business lawyers and business to business services. The address is Building 15201, N Dale Mabry Hwy Highway, Unit 32, Tampa City. From the outside, the location seems fine, with a wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance. However, the experience was not as great as it could have been.The store is run by Spectrum Business, and they offer various services including high-speed Internet, cable TV, sports, 5G mobile service, and home phone. But, getting to talk to someone who can actually help with business lawyers was a struggle.The working hours are quite flexible, with extended hours on weekdays and weekends. However, when I visited on a Wednesday, the store closed early, which was inconvenient.The location is open on most weekdays and weekends, but not on Thursdays. It's open from 10:00 to 20:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, and 12:00 to 17:00 on Sunday. But it's closed early on Wednesday, which was a disappointment.Unfortunately, there have been issues with the service. A customer had to wait over 2 hours to get help, which is unacceptable. The location needs to improve its service and make sure that customers are not left waiting for such a long time.
