This construction and roofing company has a well-located building on Banana Rd Road in Lakeland City, which is a plus for customers who need accessibility. Their parking lot is wheelchair-friendly, making it easier for people with disabilities to visit. I was impressed with the variety of services they offer, including roof repair and installation of light gauge metal trusses and metal roof deck.Their roof repair services are quite good, although there's room for improvement. Sometimes the work may take a bit longer than expected, which can be frustrating for customers who need their roofs fixed quickly. On the other hand, the pricing is very reasonable, making it an attractive option for those on a budget. It's great that they specialize in metal roofing, as this type of material is becoming increasingly popular. However, there's one issue that needs attention - the waiting time for appointments can be a bit too long, and the communication between staff and customers could be better. If they could work on streamlining their scheduling and improving their customer service, they would truly stand out in the industry.
