I visited this location, Specialized Refinishing Co., which offers services such as bathtub refinishing, bathroom countertop resurfacing, and more. They have a clear process for customers, including online estimates. Their working hours are set, which I found convenient. Their overall rating suggests a good experience, with 4.7 out of 5 stars based on third-party ratings. From clients' feedbacks, it is clear that they have a professional team, with many customers praising their work and service. Many customers have mentioned the company's attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent communication. They seem to be committed to their work and take the time to explain the process to their customers. In some cases, customers have even mentioned that they have saved cost by reusing existing items instead of replacing them. There is one issue that I noticed. One customer had a very disappointing experience with the company, mentioning that their sink started chipping after only about 6 months, and they were not bothered with calls to resolve the issue. This is a notable drawback, and it is unclear if the company addressed this customer's concerns.Overall, it seems like Specialized Refinishing Co. is a solid choice for those looking for bathroom refinishing services. However, it would be beneficial for them to address any concerns that customers may have, even if they are not related to their services.
