This location is a reliable destination for construction and development needs. The building's on-site parking is a convenient feature for visitors. The business is open from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, providing ample time for customers to make their way to the location. The company is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance designed for easy navigation. Spec Building Material is a co-brand associated with the business. While some customers have reported issues with overnight parking, the overall atmosphere seems welcoming and efficient. However, one reviewer mentioned a negative experience where they were unable to offload their delivery due to lack of overnight parking options, which may be a consideration for future visitors. With a wide range of building materials available and a friendly staff, Spec Corp is a trusted option for construction and development projects.
