This location is a great place to store your belongings. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions you may have. They are knowledgeable about the storage units and can guide you in choosing the right size and type of unit for your needs. The facilities are very clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable temperature range all year round. The prices are very competitive, making it a great value for your money. However, there was one issue with a customer who felt misled about the costs and fees, but it's worth noting that this was an isolated incident and the staff was not very helpful in resolving the issue. The location is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that are easily navigable. The working hours are convenient, with a consistent schedule throughout the week. The property is brand new, which is reflected in its modern and clean facilities. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly, making the moving process as smooth as possible. Some customers have mentioned that the facility is very upscale and nice, with amenities like complimentary coffee, water, and cookies in the office. There is also a referral program that can earn you $50 per person you send in to rent. The staff is very knowledgeable and can help you with everything from choosing a unit to packing and moving your belongings.Overall, this location is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable storage solution.
