The JW Marriott Tampa Water Street spa is a lovely and relaxing destination, offering a range of treatments and amenities to help you unwind. The quality of service is generally high, with many reviewers praising the expertise and kindness of the therapists. However, the pricing can be a bit steep, with some reviewers feeling that it's not worth the cost. The spa itself is well-designed and clean, with a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for a day of pampering. One notable issue is that some reviewers have had problems with customer service, including being unable to get a refund or reschedule an appointment due to an emergency.
