The store has a wide range of products, including blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and more. They offer a variety of brands, such as Southwest Florida Window Treatments, Graber, J Geiger, Vista, and Alumacore. This suggests that the store is well-stocked and can meet the needs of different customers.
However, the parking lot and entrance of the store are wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for customers with disabilities.
One potential area for improvement is the communication between the staff and customers. In the provided feedback, Tammy explained everything to the customer, including the materials, benefits, functionality, and installation process. However, the customer mentioned that the shutters came in earlier than expected, and it would have been helpful to have more communication about this.
The store has a partnership with Costco, which allows customers to get money back on gift cards. This is a great incentive for customers to purchase from the store.
The staff seems to be professional, knowledgeable, and kind, which is reflected in the customer feedback. The owner of the store also responds to customer reviews, which suggests that they value customer feedback and are committed to customer satisfaction.
Overall, this store seems to be a good option for customers looking for window treatments. However, it's worth noting that the quality of the products and services may vary depending on the specific product and staff member.
