This government office seems to be a well-organized place. The facility is wheelchair accessible, which is great news for visitors with mobility issues. There is a parking lot and entrance that are both easily accessible. Inside, the office is clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the staff could be more welcoming and engaging. The person who picked up the phone was quite abrupt. However, the overall quality of service is still satisfactory. The phone number and web link are available, which is a plus. The office's partnership with the Southwest Florida Water Management District is a good indication of its reliability.
