This place offers a solid overall experience, but some areas could use improvement. The location is convenient and well-maintained, with a good balance of natural light and comfortable space. The complex has wheelchair accessible parking lot, making it easy for everyone to navigate. One area that could be improved is the quality of the apartments themselves. They are a bit worn down and could use some updating to match the high standards of the surrounding area. However, the rent prices are very reasonable and offer a great value for what you get.The complex is part of the Southern Homes network, which is a well-established and reputable company. This brings a sense of security and stability to the location.
