The Southern Edge Window Tinting company is located at Building 7118, Knights Griffin Rd Road, Plant City City. They offer window tinting services for vehicles, providing a range of solutions to enhance style, reduce heat, and improve comfort. The company is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance designed for easy access. One client reported a negative experience, citing poor quality work and a lack of professionalism. They claimed that the tint job was subpar, with small dents and white spots appearing after the installation. However, the owner disputed these claims, stating that the customer had not properly inspected the work before paying and had tried to take advantage of the company.Despite this negative review, the majority of clients reported positive experiences with the company. They praised the quality of the work, the professionalism of the staff, and the convenience of the mobile service. Many clients also appreciated the company's responsiveness and flexibility, with some even receiving same-day appointments. While some clients experienced minor issues with the work, such as small bubbles or contamination, the owner responded promptly to these concerns and offered to make adjustments. Overall, the company's commitment to quality and customer service is evident in the numerous positive reviews. However, the owner's defensive and dismissive response to the negative review raises some concerns about the company's ability to handle customer complaints and provide adequate support. This issue highlights the need for the company to improve its communication and customer service skills to better address any issues that may arise.Ultimately, the Southern Edge Window Tinting company appears to be a reputable business with a strong reputation for quality work and excellent customer service. However, the company must work to improve its communication and conflict resolution skills to better serve its clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
