The company's owner, Tim, has received numerous positive reviews for his responsiveness, quality of work, and reasonable pricing. Customers have praised him for fixing their AC units quickly and at a great price. One customer mentioned that Tim has been their go-to for over 20 years, indicating a high level of trust and loyalty.
A major highlight of this business is its exceptional pricing. Clients have consistently mentioned that the total price is very reasonable, with one customer mentioning a specific price of $150.00 for a repair service. This suggests that the business offers great value for its services.
However, it's worth noting that there is a lack of information on the company's innovativeness. While this may not be a significant issue for some customers, it could be a drawback for those looking for cutting-edge solutions or new approaches to construction and modeling.
