4.6

This business is a standout in the waxing hair removal service industry. With a 4.8 rating, customers consistently praise Rita's expertise and professionalism. The atmosphere is relaxed and clean, with a focus on making clients feel comfortable. Rita takes the time to explain every step of the process, making the experience less intimidating. She's knowledgeable about skin care and provides valuable advice for aftercare. While some customers have had issues with communication, particularly in emergency situations, the owner acknowledges and apologizes for the mistakes. The prices are reasonable, and customers appreciate the effort Rita puts into making them feel at ease. The business identifies as women-owned and Latino-owned, and it's LGBTQ+ friendly. The location is wheelchair accessible, with a gender-neutral restroom and parking lot. The only issue that stands out is the business's policy on no-shows, which can be strict.
