Somerset Apartments, located at Building 12800, Vonn Rd Road, Largo City, offers a range of amenities including on-site parking, a swimming pool, pets welcome, outdoor space, maintenance, and a fitness center. The complex has mixed reviews, with some residents praising the management team and maintenance staff for being helpful and responsive, while others have reported issues with pests, mold, and unprofessional staff. Residents have reported issues with pests, including roaches and rodents, which have been a persistent problem. Some residents have also reported concerns about mold, although the management team claims that professional testing has shown no health risks. Additionally, some residents have reported being charged incorrect fees and having difficulties with the office staff. However, some residents have also reported positive experiences with the management team and maintenance staff. Malek, in particular, has been praised for his helpfulness and professionalism. Residents have also appreciated the amenities, including the swimming pool, outdoor space, and fitness center. One resident reported a significant issue with the office staff, citing unprofessional behavior and a lack of transparency. Another resident reported concerns about the building's cleanliness, citing issues with trash and pests. Despite the mixed reviews, Somerset Apartments appears to be a decent option for those looking for a pet-friendly complex with amenities. However, potential residents should be aware of the potential issues with pests, mold, and office staff behavior. One significant issue that stands out from the reviews is the presence of pests, including roaches and rodents, which have been a persistent problem for some residents. This issue needs to be addressed by the management team to ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents.
