This location is not impressive in many ways. The staff's lack of responsiveness is a major concern. I have tried to contact them multiple times, but I haven't received any answer. Despite being wheelchair accessible, the parking lot seems to be underutilized. I am not sure if it's a lack of promotion or just a low demand, but it's a pity. The website's web link doesn't give me any clue about their daily activities or home services. There is a co-brand, Solution Publishing, which doesn't seem to be utilized in any way. I am not sure if it's a strategy or just a leftover from the past.
