The business has a good reputation overall, with an average rating of 4.1 out of 5. However, the quality of services is somewhat inconsistent, with some reviewers praising the friendly and skilled technicians, while others express disappointment with the results of their pedicures and manicures. The prices seem to be reasonable, with some reviewers feeling that they get good value for their money, while others feel that the prices are a bit high. The business seems to be innovative in its approach to nail care, with a wide range of services and products offered. One major issue to be aware of is that some reviewers have experienced problems with the reliability of the services, with some technicians seeming to rush through the process or not doing a thorough job. It's also worth noting that some reviewers have felt pressured to spend more money than they intended to, or have been surprised by unexpected charges. Despite these issues, the business has a strong reputation and many reviewers have had positive experiences.
