This medical service location has a mixed impression. The place is quite modern, situated in a medical complex, and has the required equipment and staff. The building itself is average, situated on Medical Care Dr Drive in Brandon City, next to other medical facilities, but that's okay. The staff is professional and always ready to help, which is great. However, there's one issue - the phone system seems to be quite unfriendly. I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes and was hung up without any warning or explanation. That's definitely not a good start. Despite the quality being somewhat questionable, the pricing is very reasonable and competitive, which is a big plus. The location is easy to find and get to, which is convenient. Overall, this medical service has its pros and cons.
