This business location has a solid overall score, indicating that customers are generally satisfied with their experience. The quality of the products and services is also a strong point, with customers praising the accuracy and helpfulness of the website and the responsiveness of the staff. The pricing is also considered fair, with many customers noting that the prices are competitive and reasonable. However, one customer has expressed concern about the packaging of their order, with the water softener resin arriving in bags that were taped shut with packing tape. The business owner responded that they have not sold this type of resin in months and that it is currently unavailable.Overall, this business appears to be reliable and knowledgeable, with a strong commitment to customer service. However, it may be worth double-checking the packaging of any orders to ensure that they meet your expectations.
